So, was the bus somewhere else again? Or not where it was supposed to be according to the timetable?
Or the bus driver didn't feel like stopping for you again?
Bus overcrowded?
Bus broken?
Bus missing?
Or are you waiting at the bus stop and the bus should have already travelled 10 times according to the timetable?
And there is no complaints office in the Tallija app? Because, Tallija has no need, since there are only happy customer. For sure!
No problem!
This app collects all cases nationwide and will hand them over to the government and Malta Transport. Beautifully printed on DIN A4 in a wheelbarrow!
The buses in Malta are free if you have a Tallinja Card. But it is a tax-funded service. The amount of money is refunded based on the timetables and number of buses. It is only calculated on that basis.
A bus line where 5 buses should run and only one bus runs saves Tallinja 4 buses, and we pay for 5 buses at last.
Now let's do the math, thanks to your input.
Tell everyone about this web app and don't stop making use of it.
Thank you for your support!

I'm a Software Developer in Malta. I created this website because I use public transport every day and get frustrated by constant delays and buses refusing services or being completely missing.
While waiting at bus stops, I started to note how many buses should have passed me in an hour of waiting and how many actually did. I concluded that only 30% of buses are operational (based on extrapolation). Now I want to prove this with your help.
